FHSTech offers a wide range of technology services including, but not limited to: desktop support, network engineering, local and wide-area network support, and custom application and web development. Whether you have stand-alone workstations, a networked environment, or the need for a custom application to be built, FHS Technologies can support your IT needs:

Network Engineering
Design, creation, and implementation of a network for maximum efficiency and growth potential. This can include either local area networks and/or wide-area networks.

Local Area Networking Support (LAN)
Support of a network environment located in a single site or issues concerning computers, servers, or peripherals physically connected together.

Wide-Area Networking Support (WAN)
This also includes Inter-networking. Connectivity of a network to the Internet, Internet hosting services, and remote access are all considered wide-area networking services. Also falling under the WAN category is the connection of multiple sites via the Internet, dedicated lines, or any other connection going outside the local area network.

Desktop Support
Stand-alone computers or issues concerning an individual workstation in a networked environment, connection of multiple sites via the Internet, dedicated lines, or any other connection going outside the local area network. Firewalls, VPN, and network security are also WAN solutions.

Technical Consulting
Technical consulting are those services whereas FHS Technologies does not performing any actual, physical, hands-on labor on the customer's system(s) — it is merely consulting on past, present, and/or future systems. Assistance in licensing and purchasing software and hardware as well as creating documentation for administrative and other customer needs all fall under this category.

Those items listed above are the most common provided by FHS Technologies. Other technical services can be offered and performed or referrals to other technical companies who specialize in such areas such as voice and data cabling, or telephone systems. We cannot be everything to everyone, but even if we end up making a referral (and not doing the work ourselves), we like to consider ourselves a one-stop-shop for technology services.

Technical instruction
Help your staff members become more proficient and have a better understanding of how to use your technology to its potential. This service is provided to all new implementations. We feel if a customer doesn't feel comfortable with their technology, they won't use it.

Our focus is on the small to medium-sized businesses that cannot afford, nor has the need for, their own information technology staff or department. Our current customer base consists of businesses that range in size from three (3) to a few hundred users.

FHS Technology Services does not take on every new customer or project that calls. A fair assessment of the technological situation and need, along with the entity itself is made prior to taking on a new customer. We feel that a good match between the potential customer and FHS Tech must be in place prior to a successful business relationship being created.
